提升高职英语教学职业化的对策思考

Countermeasures to Promote the Professionalization of English Teaching in Vocational Colleges

随着经济发展,社会分工日益明确,使得英语职业化人才需求逐渐增加,这也对高职院校教学能力提出新的考验,英语教学职业化更有利于社会应用型英语人才的培养,从而实现高职院校教学目标,建设现代化高职院校。但是从目前来看高职院校的英语教学职业化仍然存在很多问题。因此,本文对其存在问题进行简要分析,并依此提出几点有效对策,旨在提高高职院校英语教学职业化水平,促进高职英语教学目标的实现,深化课程改革,推动高职院校教学工作的开展。

With the development of economy and the increasing clear division of labor,demands for English professionals has gradually increased,which puts forward a new challenge to the teaching ability in vocational colleges.The professionalization of English teaching is more beneficial to the cultivation of social applied English talents,the realization of the teaching goal of vocational colleges and the construction of modern vocational colleges. However,at present,there are still many problems existing in the professionalization of English Teaching in vocational colleges.Therefore,this paper carries on the brief analysis of existing problems,and proposes several effective countermeasures,thus to improve the level of the professionalization of English Teaching in vocational colleges,to promote the realization of the objectives of English Teaching,to deepen the curriculum reform and to promote the execution of teaching in vocational colleges.
