摘要
教育者网络文化素质不高,网络文化育人载体欠缺与弱效,媒介素养教育途径单一,主体网络认知能力弱化、慎独意识淡薄是当前网络文化育人面临的困境。网络文化可凝聚整合传统文化和多元外来文化,以主导文化引领多元文化协调发展。网络文化激励教育主体确立正确网络价值观,促使其用和谐价值理念认知网络新生事物,规范网络实践目的、中介和过程,调节规范网络群内竞争。强化政府权威,优化网络思政队伍,完善网络公法、私法及其推展。强化代码架构,推进技术研发创新协同产业化。明晰职业道德底线,提升媒介和技术素养,完善行业内部、行际及外界的监督机制。融合多元文化,优化参与形式,培育网络文化生活参与的公共理性,促进大学生理性网络参与。
Network culture educators are faced with many dilemmas:lack of network cultural quality and network cultural education carriers,monotonous media literacy education,weak cognitive ability of main network and weak sense of cautiousness.Network culture can integrate traditional culture and multiple foreign cultures,encouraging the main body of education to establish the correct network values and promote its use of the concept of harmonious values to recognize new things in the network.We should strengthen the government authority,optimize the network of thinking and working team,improve the network of public law,private law and its promotion.We should clarify the bottom line of professional ethics,improve media and technical literacy,and improve the supervision mechanism within and outside the field.We should integrate multiple cultures,optimize forms of participation,cultivate public reason for the participation of cyber-cultural life,and promote the rational network participation of undergraduates.
