The situation of revitalizing northeast old industrial base is analyzed,it considers that in order to achieve a breakthrough in the new industrialization construction mode,to provide more and better applied,complex and skilled human resources for Liaoning's development and to promote the process of Liaoning's transformation and development,the construction of grassroots party organizations must advance with the times and reform and innovation.Only when the top-level design issues of grassroots party organizations are incorporated into the party-building system at the grassroots level,can we achieve the innovation and integration of organizational building and practical work so as to continuously push forward the great project of party building.
