大学思想政治教育工作中的小组化班级管理模式初探

A Study on the Application of Teamwork in the Ideological and Political Education in University

现代教育强调发挥学生的主体性,对于"90后"大学生,小组化班级管理不仅能够在一定程度上提升个体的集体意识和合作能力,从而达成共同发展目标,也是新时期大学思想政治教育工作的有效途径。笔者结合工作实际,从小组化班级管理的理论基础、可行性和优势、需要注意的问题等几方面探讨了小组自治在大学校园中的应用,以期构建更为和谐、有效的人才培养方式。

Modern education emphasizes the subjectivity of students. For 90 s college students,the teamwork in a class can not only improve their collective consciousness and cooperative ability,so as to achieve the common goals,but also the effective way of ideological and political education in the new period. In order to construct a more harmonious and effective way of talents training,the writer makes efforts to probe into the application of teamwork in the university based on its theoretical basis,feasibility,advantages,etc.
