试论高校社团在创新、就业过程中的作用与对策

Try to Talk about the Effect and Countermeasure in the Process of College Community in Innovation and Employment

高校社团是活跃校园文化活动的重要组成部分,是拓展学生综合素质的重要载体,是高校第二课堂的引领者。各类社团也以其趣味性、思想性、知识性、探索性、多样性的社团活动吸引在校生的不断参与。但由于其构成多是学生自发组织,因而在组织性、规模性、方向性等不慎明晰,社团建设缺乏目的性。而学生社团作为校园最具活力的一部分,充满巨大潜力,可以激发学生将兴趣转化为创新、就业的动力。故本文针对学院社员现状,从问题、原因、对策三方面,从创业就业角度去解析社团建设。

The college community is an important part of enlivening campus cultural activities,it is an vital carrier to expand the comprehensive quality of students,and it is the leader of the second class in colleges and universities. All kinds of associations attract students from the university with their interesting,thoughtful,knowledgeable,exploratory and diversity club activities constantly. However,due to that the major constituent part of it would be students’ spontaneous organization,therefore the aspects of organization,scale,directionality and other fields are not very clear,and the club construction lacks purpose. As the most dynamic part of campus,student community is full of great potential,which can inspire students to transform their interests into motivation of innovation and employment. Therefore,this paper aims at the current situation of members in college clubs to analyze the construction of the club from innovative angle and three aspects of problems,causes and countermeasures.
