对于全日制专业学位硕士研究生的培养不仅仅是以课程为主,工程实践能力的培养更加重要。针对全日制专业学位硕士研究生工程实践能力的培育模式,从"双师型"师资队伍的建设及对学位论文的双重指导方面进行改革探索,以期提高全日制专业学位硕士研究生的培养水平。

For the postgraduate of full-time professional degree,it is not only the curriculum,the cultivation of engineering practice ability is more important. The cultivation mode of postgraduate engineering practice ability of full-time professional degree master degree,from the construction of the ＂double division＂ teaching staff and the dual guidance of the dissertation,the author hopes to improve the level of postgraduate cultivation of full-time professional degree.
