摘要
本文分析了创新人才培养模式的内涵,指出专业课教学过程中创新人才培养模式的理论构建为课程引导,培养创新能力;重视解题教学,发展创新思维;加强修养,培养创新素质。同时,以天津农学院水利工程学院运筹学教学为例,介绍了"课堂讲授—课上演示—课下实战"三阶递进式的人才培养模式,并取得了很好的效果。
The connotation of innovative talent training mode was analyzed in this paper,and the theory of the cultivation of innovative talents in teaching professional course was pointed out as curriculum guide,innovation ability cultivation;problem-solving teaching,innovative thinking development;culture strengthening,innovative quality cultivation. Taking the operations research teaching in Hydraulic Engineering College of Tianjin Agricultural University as an example,the ＂three steps＂ talent training mode of ＂class teaching-class demonstration-actual combat under class＂ was introduced,a good result has been obtained.
