在"大众创业,万众创新"的背景之下,以高校成人教育中对首饰设计师培养为切入点,指出高校成人教育在教育理念、教育方法、教育管理三点上存在着授课方式单一、方法不当、管理落后的问题,足见探究"双创"背景下推动高校成人教育发展的必要性,进而提出转变传统教育模式、优化教育管理结构、建立产学研的人才培养模式的高校成人教育发展策略。

In the public business,under the background of the innovation in adult education of colleges and universities to cultivate jewelry designers as the starting point,points out that the University Adult Education in educational philosophy,educational methods,educational management has three single teaching methods,improper methods,management lag problems,which shows the necessity of promoting adult education in colleges and universities research on the development of the ＂double＂ background,and then put forward to change the traditional mode of education,optimizing the education management structure,development strategies of adult education in colleges and universities to establish research personnel training mode.
