“学科—研究所”金字塔式建设的研究与实践——以长安大学材料科学与工程学院为例

Research and Practice of Pyramid Construction in "Discipline-Institute"——A Case Study of School of Materials Science and Engineering in Chang'an University as an Example

本文以长安大学材料科学与工程学院的学科发展和研究所建设为对象,创建了研究所支撑二级学科、二级学科支撑一级学科的材料类"学科—研究所"金字塔式建设模式,对国家级项目申报、高水平SCI论文发表、国家发明专利申报等均具有较好的促进作用,且具有一定的推广价值。

Taking the disciplines and institutes in the school of materials science and engineering in Chang’an University as examples,a ＂discipline-institute＂ pyramid model has been designed,in which institutes will support the development of secondary discipline,and all the secondary disciplines will support the first level discipline. The practical explorations have played positive roles for the applications of national projects and invention patents,publications of high level SCI papers,and so on. The present work has certain popularization value.
