经管类本科创新型复合人才培养模式研究

培养具有创新精神的复合人才是新时期党和国家提出的重大任务,党中央明确提出到2020年要使我国进入创新型国家行列,然而具有创新意识的复合型人才培养的质量问题一直困扰着高教界乃至全社会。在高等教育体系中,目前经管类本科生的复合型培养还存在很多的不足,现根据实际情况,从课程体系、课内外结合、考核方式三个角度,结合新型的考核体系,研究构建了一套系统的经管类本科生创新能力培养的教学模式,以完善当前经管类本科生教学模式中的不足,培养具有创新精神和实践能力的经管类复合型人才。

It is a great task for the Party and the state to cultivate the talents with innovative spirit. The Central Committee of the Communist Party of China has definitely pointed out that China should enter an innovative country in 2020. However, the quality of the compound talents with innovative consciousness has been puzzling the higher education circles and even the whole society. In the higher education system, there are still many deficiencies in the compound training of undergraduates majoring in management at present. According to the actual situation,from the curriculum system, combination of inside and outside class, assessment methods in three aspects, combined with a new evaluation system, construction of training management undergraduate students innovative ability of a system of teaching mode, to improve the deficiencies of the current management undergraduate students in the teaching mode, training management talents with innovative spirit and practice ability.
