对仿真模拟教学导入法在《材料成形工艺》课程教学中的应用进行了探讨。针对教学内容,基于有限元分析软件,课程中引入仿真模拟计算结果,有利于学生快速进入教学情境,充分理解材料成型过程及其工艺参数影响规律等相关知识,有助于启发学生积极思考,增加教学趣味,提高了学生对专业课的学习兴趣,利于教学质量的提升。

The application of simulation teaching lead-in method in the course of ＂Material Forming Process＂ course is discussed. In view of teaching content,based on the finite element analysis software,simulation results are introduced into the course,it is beneficial for students to enter the teaching situation quickly,for students to fully understand the ＂Material Forming Process＂ process and its process parameters,influence laws and other related knowledge,help to inspire students to think positively,increased interest in teaching,the students’ interest in specialized courses is improved,conducive to the promotion of teaching quality.
