摘要
本文重点分析了高职院校"双师型"教师队伍建设的现状和存在的问题,提出了高职院校"双师型"教师队伍建设的主要途径有:建立高职院校"双师型"教师培养、管理、评审和聘任的规章制度;创新校企合作途径,有计划安排教师到企业进行专业实践,努力培育合作式的"双师型"教师团体;建立良好的"产学研"深度合作有效机制。
The cause of the problem of the teacher training is analyzed. The main means of the development of "double-qualified" teaching staff are to establish the rules and regulations for quality training,management,evaluation and appointment of "double-qualified" teachers in higher vocational colleges;to arrange teachers to carry out professional practice in the enterprise and cultivate a cooperative "dual teacher group" by innovative cooperation way;to set up a good mechanism for depth cooperation in industry-university-research collaboration.
