职业教育的本质是让学生习得一技之长,能够融入社会、适应岗位,从而安身立命,谋求发展。然而,任何一个岗位需要的不仅仅是劳动者的技能,还需要劳动者具备良好的职业素养,比如刻苦勤奋、品德良好、目标明确以及善于与人合作等。因此,职业院校在传授技能的同时,应将职业素养的培养贯穿其中,以便培养塑造复合型技能人才。
