摘要 本文给出了一种利用翻转课堂培养职业核心能力的方法。通过将教师讲授为主的授课课堂,改为以教师引导、学生为主体的翻转课堂,将职业核心能力培养融入专业知识的学习之中,使得学生不仅能学到专业知识,还培养了学生的职业核心能力。通过实践可以看出,我们的方法是有效、可行的,能够提升学生的职业核心能力。 This paper presents a method of developing professional core competence by using flipped classroom.The teacher centered classroom teaching,to guide teachers and students as the main body of the flipped classroom,occupation ability training into the core of the study of professional knowledge,so that students can not only learn professional knowledge,but also cultivate the core ability of occupation. Through practice,we can see that our method is effective and feasible,and can effectively enhance students’ professional core competence.
