摘要
聚酯多元醇是在特定条件下,由多元酸与多元醇经酯化、脱水、聚合反应而成。其原材料、工艺方法及添加剂不同,所得聚酯多元醇的性能不同,由此合成的聚氨酯种类及用途就差别较大。针对聚酯多元醇及其所对应的聚氨酯的性质和用途,研究了聚酯多元醇的不同的结构特征对聚氨酯性能的影响,同时对不同种类聚酯多元醇的研究进展进行了综述,并以此为基础对聚酯多元醇的发展方向和前景进行了展望。
Polyester polyols is synthesized by esterification,dehydration and polymerization under certain conditions.While the raw materials,process methods and additives are different,the performance of polyester polyol are diverse,so that the types and uses of polyurethane soproduced have wide difference.Respecting the performance and applications of polyester polyols and their corresponding polyurethanes,and influence of different type of polyester polyol structure on the properties of polyurethane are introduced in detail.The research progress of different kinds of polyester polyols is reviewed,on this basis,this paper points out new development direction and prospects of polyester polyols.
