无鳞河鱼(泥鳅)无水保活运输包装研究

Research on the Keep-alive Transport Packaging without Water of Scalelesss Fish(Misgurnus Anguillicaudatus)

用3种不同的溶液、4种不同包装材料对泥鳅进行包装处理和研究,观察分析氧气、温度、pH值、不同质量分数的NaCl和糖、不同包装材料对泥鳅存活状态的影响。结果显示:抑菌抗氧包装袋为最佳包装材料;质量分数为1%的糖溶液以及pH=7的酸碱溶液为最适合处理无鳞河鱼(泥鳅)的溶液。

Packaging processing and research on three kinds of different solution and four different kinds of packaging materials,to observa and analyze the effect of oxygen,temperature,pH value,different mass fraction of NaCl and sugar,different kinds of packing materials on survival state.The results showed that the antibacterial and anti-oxygen packaging bags were the best packaging materials.The sugar solution with 1% mass fraction and pH=7 acid-base solution were the most suitable solution for the treatment of scalelesss fish（misgurnus anguillicaudatus）.
