发电厂电力系统无功补偿负载突变扰动检测研究 被引量:1

摘要 为提高电厂用电与发电机组运行维护稳定性,文中设计并提出了一种带有扰动检测单元的电力无功补偿系统。该系统主要包括电力系统稳定器、励磁系统、扰动检测单元以及静止无功补偿器。其中,扰动检测单元通过频率调制和低通滤波将扰动干扰量化,并与之前设定的检测阈值进行比较,实现对电路负载动态调节。通过在发电厂电力系统稳定器、励磁发电机组、厂用电设备网络与静止无功补偿器之间增加突变扰动检测单元,可以及时为静止无功补偿器的补偿参数调节,提供动态准确地反馈信息,从而提高整体厂用电系统的稳定性。 In order to improve the stability of operation and maintenance of generator and use electricity in electric plant,this paper designs and presents a electric reactive power compensation system with disturbance detection unit. This system consists of electric system stabilizator, exciting system,disturbance detection unit and static reactive power compensator. The disturbance detection unit can quantify the disturbance through frequency modulation and low pass filter,then compare to the pre-setting detection threshold value,which can realize to regulate dynamically the circuit loads. The disturbance detection unit is located between the static power reactive compensator and the electric system stabilizator,the exciting generator sets and the internal network to provide the dynamic and accurate feed information and to improve the stability of internal electric system in plant.
