脉冲电容器设计及耐久性试验研究

摘要 本文简析了高压断路器试验回路用高压大容量脉冲电容器运行工况,介绍了脉冲电容器参数设计及耐久性试验的研究。由于振荡放电的使用条件苛刻,且出厂耐压试验电压达到1.3UN,所以设计制造难度较大。通过对模型电容器耐久性试验研究,最终确定了场强及芯子结构等主要技术参数。本文阐述了电容器固有电感对其性能的影响,分析了电容器产生电感的原因,简述了减小电容器电感的一些措施。运用ANSYS仿真软件对脉冲电容器故障状态下外壳的耐爆情况进行了多物理场耦合仿真,分析了油箱的薄弱点。 This paper discusses the operation case of the high voltage big capacity pulse capacitor used in high voltage circuit breaker test loop,introduces the pulse capacitor parameter design and the research of durability test. Due to the use condition of oscillatory discharge conditions is severe,and dielectric with-stand test voltage is up to the 1.3 UN,so the design and manufacture is difficult. Through the durability test on model capacitor,finally determines the field intensity and the main technical parameters,such as core structure. This paper describes the influence of the inherent inductance capacitor on its performance,analyzes the causes of inductance produced by capacitors,and introduces some measures to reduce the capacitor inductor. Using the Ansys simulation software to pulse capacitor tank under fault condition,the more physical field of the blast resistance coupling simulation,analyzes the weak spot in the tank.
