摘要
为了预防干式空心电抗器匝间绝缘事故发生,文章总结分析了干式空心电抗器匝间绝缘检测方法,分别从干式空心电抗器的故障原因、在线检测、离线检测等几个方面进行分析,从而判断电抗器运行状态。采用国标GB1094.6—2011建议的高频脉冲振荡法对干式空心电抗器进行现场匝间绝缘探索性试验,发现3台设备存在匝间绝缘问题。本次试验测试结果具有一定的准确性,但用高频脉冲振荡法对电抗器匝间绝缘检测还需继续深入探索。
For preventing the fault of inter-turn insulation of air core reactor,in this paper,the inter-turn insulation detection method of air core reactor is summarized and analyzed. The analysis is made from such aspects as the fault cause,on-line detection and off-line detection of the reactor to judge operation condition of the reactor. The trial test for the inter-turn insulation of dry type air core is performed at site by the high frequency pulse oscillation method recommended in China national standard GB1094.6-2011,and 3 units of equipment are found to have defects in inter-turn insulation. The result of this test has a definite accuracy,but the inter-turn insulation detection for reactor with the high frequency pulse oscillation method is continuously and deeply explored.
