砧木南瓜种子萌发期耐盐性评价的适宜Ca^(2+)浓度筛选 被引量:3

Screening of Suitable Ca^(2+) Concentration for Salt Tolerance Evaluation of Rootstock Pumpkin Seeds in Germination Period

摘要 以3个品种砧木南瓜种子为试材,采用水培法研究了Ca^(2+)胁迫对种子萌发特性和芽苗生长的影响,以确定适合砧木南瓜耐盐性评价的指标,并筛选出适宜的Ca^(2+)浓度。结果表明:随着胁迫浓度的增加,Ca^(2+)对种子萌发的抑制作用明显增强;主根长、侧根数、下胚轴长及平均鲜重受抑制程度远高于发芽率、发芽势及发芽指数的受抑制程度。综合分析,除主根长外,其余指标均可作为耐盐性评价指标;砧木南瓜种子萌发期各指标和活力指数耐盐性筛选的适宜Ca^(2+)浓度为90~120 mmol/L,芽苗期各指标除主根长外,耐盐性筛选的适宜Ca^(2+)浓度为60 mmol/L。 The hydroponic experiment was conducted with the seeds of three rootstock pumpkin cultivars to study the effects of Ca^(2+)stress on seed germination characteristics and seedling growth in order to select suitable indexes for evaluating the salt tolerance of rootstock pumpkin and suitable Ca^(2+)concentration. The results showed that with the increase of Ca^(2+)concentration,its inhibition to seed germination was obviously enhanced. The inhibitory effects on main root length,lateral root number,hypocotyl length and average fresh weight were far greater than those on germination rate,germination energy and germination index. The comprehensive analysis results showed that except root length,the other indexes could be used as the indexes for evaluating the salt tolerance of rootstock pumpkin. For the indexes of seed germination and vigor,the suitable Ca^(2+)concentration for distinguishing the salt tolerance of different rootstock pumpkin cultivars was 90 ~ 120 mmol/L,while that for the indexes of seedlings expect root length was 60 mmol/L.
