摘要
为筛选防治番茄茎基腐病的有效药剂,进行了室内抑菌活性测定和田间药效试验。结果发现,双胍三辛烷基苯磺酸盐抑菌活性最强,恶霉灵和噻·恶·铜次之,3种制剂对终极腐霉(Pythium ultimum)的EC_(50)值分别为0.9181、1.7174、2.2363μg/mL;甲壳胺和甲基硫菌灵的EC_(50)值分别为2.4279μg/mL和4.3926μg/mL,二者1:1混合后的EC_(50)值为2.6062μg/mL。棉隆消毒土壤后再用40%双胍三辛烷基苯磺酸盐WP1 500倍液+70%甲基硫菌灵WP 1 000倍液+6%甲壳胺水剂1 000倍液灌根对番茄腐霉茎基腐病的田间防治效果为79.18%,棉隆消毒土壤后用50%噻·恶·铜WP 600倍液+70%甲基硫菌灵WP 1 000倍液+6%甲壳胺水剂1 000倍液灌根对番茄腐霉茎基腐病的田间防治效果为76.08%。
The fungicidal activity of six fungicides against Pythium ultimum were tested by mycelia growth rate method. Iminoctadine tris exhibited the highest fungicidal activity against Pythium ultimum,which was followed by hymexazol and bismerthiazol-hymexazol-copper,and their EC_(50) value was 0. 9181,1. 7174 and 2. 2363 μg/mL,respectively. The EC_(50) value of chitosan and thiophanate-methyl was 2. 4279 and 4. 3926 μg/mL,but the EC_(50) value of their mixture at the ratio of 1:1 was 2. 6062 μg/mL. The field control effect against tomato basal stem rot was 79. 18% under root irrigation with 1 500 times of 40% iminoctadine tris WP,1 000 times of thiophanate-methyl WP,and 1 000 times of 6% chitosan WA after soil disinfection with dazomet,while that was 76. 08% under root irrigation with 600 times of 50% bismerthiazol-hymexazol-copper acetate WP,1 000 times of 70% thiophanate-methyl WP,and 1 000 times of chitosan after soil disinfection with dazomet.
