多源流理论视阈下农村居民点整治推进路径分析

Path Analysis of Rural Residential Land Renovation Propulsion under Perspective of Multi-Source Flow Theory

农村居民点整治对于保护耕地、提高土地利用率和生产生活效率、建设美丽乡村具有重要作用。本文在分析当前我国农村居民整治研究现状的基础上,依据多源流的理论框架,从问题角度、政策角度、政治角度分析了我国现阶段农村居民点整治的推进路径现状与内在机理,提出了农村居民点整治路径的策略选择以及相关政策建议,以期为稳妥推进农村居民点整治、建设和谐美丽乡村提供理论基础和科学依据。

The renovation of rural residential land was essential for the protection of cultivated land,the improvement of land use capability and production and living efficiency and the construction of beautiful village. Based on the analysis of research status of rural residential land renovation in China,and according to the framework of multi-source flow theory,the present situation of propulsion path and inherent mechanism of rural residential land renovation at the current stage were analyzed from the perspectives of the problem,policy and political,and the strategy selections and relative policy suggestions for the path of rural residential land renovation were put forward. It was expected to provide theoretical and scientific bases for steadily pushing the rural residential land renovation and building a harmonious and beautiful countryside.
