论钱学森教育思想在空间科学创新人才培养中的作用

摘要 钱学森是我国系统科学的奠基人,为我国系统工程事业建设作出了巨大贡献。根据空间科学创新人才培养特点与规律,经过理论与实践证明,钱学森教育思想对空间科学创新人才培养有着积极促进作用及指导意义。 Tsien Hsueshen is the founder of China's system science,and has made great contributions to the construction of system engineering in China. According to the characteristics and laws of creative talents training in space science,it has been proved by theory and practice that Tsien Hsueshen's educational thought has positive promoting function and guiding significance to the training of creative talents in space science.
