摘要
做好高校工科博士后管理工作是应我国现阶段发展需求提升人才质量、推动人才输出的重要举措,能有效培养优秀人才,推动学科进步,减少人才流失。但现阶段我国高校工科博士后管理工作还存在培养机制不成熟、投入资金短缺、管理权责难明的问题。因此,要通过打破计划体制,增强管理弹性;加强学术管理,保障培育质量;实现权责分明,合理管理权限来做好高校工科博士后管理工作。
The College of Engineering postdoctoral management is the demand of the present stage of our country development to enhance the quality of personnel,an important measure to promote talent output,can effectively cultivate talents,promote academic progress,reduce the loss of talented people. But at the present stage of China's College of Engineering postdoctoral management work also has the training mechanism is not mature,fund shortage,management responsibilities difficult to understand the problem. Therefore,to break through the planned system,enhance the management flexibility;strengthen academic management,cultivate the quality guarantee;implementation of accountability,reasonable authority to manage the work of post doctoral College of engineering.
