摘要
从"以学生为中心"的角度对新生适应性教育学习评价体系构建流程和方法进行论述。其中流程包括设定目标,制定等级指标和权重,设置评价方式。设定目标拟采用访谈法和ISM技术;制定等级指标和权重拟采用正态分布统计和AHP技术;评价方式采取多元化学习评价,从考评内容、过程、方法和手段上实现考评的多样性。
From the point of view of "studentcentered teaching",this paper discussed the construction process and methods of the freshmen adaptive education evaluation system. The processes included setting goals,setting grades and weights,as well as setting evaluation methods. Specifically,interview methods and ISM technology were two ways of goal setting;the normal distribution method and AHP technology were two ways of grades and weight setting;evaluation methods adopt diversified learning evaluation,in which the evaluation of content,process,methods and means were concerned to achieve the diversification of evaluation.
