基于微信平台的进修医师教学改革和效果评价——以泌尿外科为例 被引量:5

摘要 目的:课题组采取基于微信平台的PBL教学,开展针对进修医师的带教活动。方法:2012年3月至2017年3月于南京医科大学第一附属医院泌尿外科的进修医生56人分为两组,实验组28人运用微信平台进行典型案例教学结合临床带教;讲授式教学组28人采用讲授式教学模式结合临床带教,一年培训后通过理论测试、临床操作技能考核和调查问卷三种形式进行教学效果评估。结果:PBL联合微信组理论考试成绩与讲授式教学组差异不具有统计学意义(P>0.05),临床操作技能考核成绩高于讲授式教学组(P<0.05),调查问卷结果显示,PBL结合微信教学组的进修医师认为此种教学方式优于传统讲授式教学。结论:微信平台的教学互动有助于提高进修医师带教的教学效果,此教学模式在泌尿外科进修医师带教中应用效果满意。 Objective:To study group adopted PBL teaching platform based on We Chat,to carry out teaching activities of training physicians. Methods:from March 2012 to March 2017 in the Department of Urology of the First Affiliated Hospital of Nanjing Medical University 56 refresher doctors were divided into two groups,28 in experimental group using the We Chat platform for typical case teaching combined with clinical teaching;teaching group 28 the teaching model of clinical teaching,a year after the training through the theory test,clinical skills examination and questionnaire of three forms of teaching effect evaluation. Results:PBL combined with We Chat group theory test scores and teaching group differences With statistical significance(P0.05),clinical skills examination score is higher than the traditional teaching group(P0.05),the survey results showed that the combination of We Chat PBL teaching group physicians think this way of teaching is better than traditional teaching. Conclusion:the interactive teaching platform for We Chat helps to improve the teaching effect of doctors,the the teaching mode in the Department of Urology physicians in teaching application is good.
