提升大学生人力资源质量是我国转型为人力资源强国的关键。通过梳理现有文献,归纳得到大学生人力资源质量影响因素有课程教学、师资素质、校企合作、评价体系、信息技术、校园文化、自我开发共七个,可为大学生人力资源质量的提升奠定理论基础。

Improving the qualities of human resource of college students is significant for China to transform to be a strong nation in human resource. Reviewing the studies on the qualities of human resource of college students and summarizing the seven influencing factors,which are course,teachers,cooperation between school and enterprise,evaluation system,information technology,culture in school,self-development,which settle theoretical basis of improving qualities of human resource of college students.
