摘要
在我国探索提高研究生培养质量新途径的过程中,总结国外研究生学术规范培养举措及经验,对提高我国研究生学术规范具有借鉴意义。采用文献研究法,从制度与准则、教育和宣传、监督与制约、激励与保障、认定与处罚、隐私权保护、建设理念七个方面总结了国外研究生学术规范培养的主要举措和经验。
Our country is exploring the new way to improve the quality of graduate education. Summarizing and analyzing the measures and experiences of cultivate academic norms of graduate student abroad may provide implications to improve the graduate student academic norms in our country. This paper inductive measures and experiences through literature review,which includes system and standards,education and propaganda,supervision and restraint,incentive and guarantee,identification and punishment,privacy protection,and the construction idea.
