摘要
突出政治建设在党的建设中的重要地位是一个重大命题。党的政治建设不仅与"现代化"视野中我国迈向现代化强国的历史和现实逻辑相联动,而且统摄"新时代"历史方位下中国政治建设的生长要素与型体结构。党的政治建设范畴的提出,促进了党的建设总体布局的结构优化和形态跃升。党的政治建设体系的基本要素主要包括组织权威与领袖权威相统一的党内政治权威体系,以人民为中心的党内政治价值体系,以党章为核心的党内政治制度体系,以"四性"为特质的党内政治生活体系,以"三位一体"为结构范式的党内政治文化体系,以"四自"和"四力"为主体的内外兼修的政治能力体系,以干部清正、政府清廉、政治清明为目标的党内政治生态体系。
The Party's political construction is not only linked to the historical and realistic logic of China's moving towards a modern and powerful country in the view of"modernization",but also guide the growth factors and the structure of China's political construction in the new era.The system of party's political construction mainly includes the following basic elements:intraparty political authority system;intraparty political value system of regarding people as the center;intraparty political system of regarding party constitution as the core;intraparty political life system characterized with "four features";intraparty political culture system;political capacity system;intraparty political ecological system.
