The populism trend of internet public opinion is not completely equal to internet populism,which is one form of internet public opinion ecology imbalance,irrational expression of internet public opinion and disordered internet political participation.The populism trend is caused by the order conflict of bottom society,the right gap in the space of internet public opinion,abnormal thinking of internet public opinion expression and undesirable extension of internet false ideology.The rational expression of internet public opinion lies in cultivating the public's practice wisdom of participating in internet public opinion expression,improving responsive abilities of public policy departments,stimulating collective action abilities of internet social organizations,and integrating the adjusting abilities of the third parties.
