摘要
为了解独立院校本科生学习投入与学习满意度的现状及两者之间的关系,对江苏省8所独立院校共计4 808名本科生进行调查。结果表明,独立院校本科生的学习投入度总体处于一般水平,学习满意度总体处于较满意和满意之间,随着年级的增长,学生的学习投入度和学习满意度均呈现出"低—低—高—高"的趋势。除"主动学习"因子对"人际关系满意度"具有负向影响外,学习投入度各因子均对学习满意度各因子具有显著正向影响。在数据分析基础上,对提高独立院校学生投入度和学习满意度提出合理建议。
In order to understand the present of student engagement andstudent satisfaction and the relationship between thetwoin independent colleges a total of 4 808 undergraduates were surveyed in 8 independent schools in Jiangsu province.The re-sults showed that the degree of student engagement of undergraduates in independent colleges was generally in general and thelevel of student satisfaction was satisfactory.With the growth of grade the students' student engagement andstudent satisfactionboth showed the trend of "low-low-high-high".The "active learning" factor has a negative impact on "relationship satisfaction".All the factors of student engagement have significant positive effect on the factors of learning satisfaction.On the basis of data a-nalysis this study makes reasonable suggestions on improving students' input and learning satisfaction.
