燕山大学工业工程中外合作办学模式研究

Research on sino-foreign cooperation mode of industrial engineering major in Yanshan university

在经济全球化、高等教育国际化的大背景下,中外合作办学已经成为高校加强国际交流与合作、提高教育教学质量的重要途径。以燕山大学工业工程专业与澳大利亚科廷大学的中外合作办学项目为基础,从办学目标、教学管理、师资队伍、培养模式4个方面对燕山大学工业工程现行合作办学模式进行分析,通过与其他高校对比提出改善教学管理、建设师资队伍等建议。研究结论对其他高校开展中外合作办学、引入国外优秀教育资源、改革专业教育教学体系结构有很强的借鉴意义。

Under the background of economic globalization and internationalization of higher education Sino-foreign coop-eration in running schools has become an important form of strengthening international exchanges and cooperation in Universities.Based on the Sino-foreign cooperative education project of industrial engineering major of Yanshan University and Curtin Uni-versity in Australia this paper analyzes the current cooperative mode of the project from four aspects the goal of running aschool teaching management teaching staff and training mode. Comparing with the experiences of other colleges and universi-ties this article proposes recommendations to improve teaching management strengthen teaching staff etc. The conclusion ofthis paper is of great significance to other universities to carry out Sino-foreign cooperation to introduce foreign excellent educa-tional resources and to reform the structure of education and teaching system.
