摘要
为保障边远贫困地区教师综合素质能力的有效提升,日本在边远贫困地区教师教育方面采取了一系列行之有效的改革措施。从战略与路径入手,试图对日本在边远贫困地区教师教育机构、教师教育课程、教师职后研修以及相关法制保障机制等方面采取的改革措施做出相对全面系统的分析。
In order to guarantee the improvement of teachers′ comprehensive quality in remote and poverty-stricken areas Japan has adopted a series of effective reform measures in teacher education accordingly. From the perspective of strategy and ap-proach this paper attempts to make a relatively comprehensive and systematic analysis of the reform measures in terms of teachereducation institutions courses teachers' post advanced study and training and related legal security mechanisms in remote andpoverty-stricken areas.
