高校供给侧创新创业教育体系构建研究——基于“大创计划”项目师生调研

Supply side building of college innovation and entrepreneurship education system——Based on questionnaire of teachers and students in undergraduate innovation and entrepreneurship training program

"大创计划"项目作为创新创业教育的"先头部队",为创新创业教育改革的推进打下了坚实的基础。通过对近年来天津师范大学"大创计划"项目参与师生展开问卷调研,了解师生项目参与动机与需求,分析项目管理短板,提出针对创新创业教育的改革建议。高校作为创新创业教育供给侧的服务提供者,在创新创业教育改革推进的过程中,应当充分更新创新创业教育观念,在改革顶层制度设计、强化资源利用与师生互动、营造校园创新创业文化氛围等方面统筹规划,精准发力,为师生提供充足地创新创业教育资源和实践机会,进一步提高学生的适应能力和综合素质。

As the ＂vanguard troops＂ of innovation and entrepreneurship education the undergraduate innovation and entrepre-neurship training program has laid a solid foundation for the reforming of innovation and entrepreneurship education.Through thesurvey of teachers and students in the undergraduate innovation and entrepreneurship training program in recent years we search themotivation and demand analysis the shortage of management and make proposals for the reform of innovation and entrepreneurshipeducation.As a supply side service provider of innovation and entrepreneurship education colleges should update innovation and en-trepreneurship education concept make overall plan in designing of top-level system strengthening resource usage and communica-tion between teachers and students. At the same time more attention should be paid to campus innovation and entrepreneurialculture atmosphere.More adequate innovation and entrepreneurship education resources and practical opportunities should be availa-ble to teachers and students to improve the adaptability and comprehensive quality of students continuously.
