Zhoushan in Sun Zhongshan’s “Nation-building Strategy”

对 孙中山《建国方略》中所提出的“东方大港”进行分析,发现孙中山所提倡的“东方大港”计划并不 包括“舟山”.在《建国方略》中三次提及“舟山”（包括长涂岛）内容,“舟山”仅仅是作为渔港、作为一处石料供应 基地而被写入《建国方略》.从当时的历史条件看,这是合理的.文章提出,要与时俱进地看待“东方大港”,从港 口变迁看,舟山群岛具有港口开发的后发优势,从深水港条件看,舟山港口资源具有不可替代性,从江海联运 看,舟山港区功能在不断完善.

By analyzing Sun Zhongshan’s “Eastern Super Ports” in “ Nation-building Strategy”, we found the “Eastern Super Port”does not include Zhoushan. Mentioned three times in “ Nation-building Strategy”, Zhoushan （including Changtus Island）, was only regarded as a fishing port and a stone supply base. From the historical condition at that time, it is reasonable.This paper points out that we should reconsider the position of Zhoushan in “Eastern Super Ports” because Zhoushan islands have the advantages of the port development. From the condition of deep water port, Zhoushan port resources have irreplaceability. From river-sea transport, Zhoushan port is continuing to improve.
