大蒜秸秆综合利用研究现状

Present Research Situation of Comprehensive Utilization on Garlic Straw

大蒜秸秆营养丰富,因含有丰富大蒜素而具有极高利用价值,但不易储存、极易霉变、利用率较低。目前,大蒜秸秆主要以晾干后作为粗料直接喂羊和还田为主,在青贮、发酵堆肥、抑菌和生物质热解等方面研究相对较少。对近几年大蒜秸秆方面的综合利用情况进行简要综述,以期为我国大蒜秸秆的开发和利用提供思路。

Garlic straw is rich in nutrition, rich in allicin and has high utilization value. But it has low utilization rate for not easy to store and easy to mould. Currently, the garlic straw is mainly used as coarse to feed the sheep and return the field di-rectly ,there are relatively few studies on silage, fermentation compost, bacteriostatic and biomass pyrolysis. This paper re-viewed the comprehensive utilization of garlic straw in recent years. The purpose was providing some ideas of further develop-ment and utilization of garlic straw.
