摘要 提高食品类专业人才的培养质量、满足社会用人单位的实际需求是当前我国食品类院校人才培养面临的一个重要问题;全面分析社会人才需求特点、现有人才培养体系存在的问题,提出一种"政校企立体互动式"的人才培养新模式,并加以实践,以期为我国高质量培养食品类专业人才的教育改革提供一种借鉴。 It is an important problem to improve the quality of graduates in academy of food specialty to meet the employers' demand. This paper analyzed the characteristics of the employers' demand in the food industry and the condition of the present cultivation pattern of food specialty, and then provided and practiced a novel pattern of talent cultivation in food specialty through the cooperation of government, university and enterprise. It can be used for reference on education reform of talent cultivation in food specialty.
