摘要
本文研究在高温高压下硫化锌精矿氧压浸出的工艺条件。得出了硫化锌精矿最适宜氧压反应条件:浸出温度150℃,浸出时间60min,硫酸起始浓度160g/L,氧分压700k Pa,添加剂木素磺酸钙占矿量的0.2%,精矿粒度400目,锌的一次浸出率可以达到90%以上。
The process conditions of oxygen pressure leaching of zinc sulfide concentrate under high temperature and high pressure are studied. The optimum conditions are as follows: the leaching temperature is 150℃,leaching time is 60 min,initial concentration of sulfuric acid is 160 g/L,oxygen partial pressure is 700 k Pa,calcium lignosulfonate is 0. 2% of the ore content,and the size of the concentrate is 400 mesh,the primary leaching rate of zinc can reach more than 90%.
