摘要
目的研究乳腺癌及癌旁组织中RASSF1A的表达情况,并探讨其与临床、病理资料的相关性。方法收集60例乳腺癌及相应癌旁组织,通过免疫组化染色检测RASSF1A的表达情况;统计60例临床病例的各项临床、病理资料,并分析其相关性。结果 RASSF1A在乳腺癌组织中的表达阳性率为35%(21/60),而在癌旁组织中86.7%(52/60),癌旁组织中RASSF1A的表达明显高于乳腺癌组织(P<0.05);RASSF1A的表达与淋巴结转移有无、组织学分级、脉管侵犯、人类表皮生长因子受体2(HER-2)、Ki-67表达有关;TMN分期中的Ⅰ期、Ⅱ期以及部分ⅢA期(T3N1MO)患者RASSF1A表达48.4%(15/31)高于Ⅲ期(除T3N1MO外)患者20.7%(6/29)(χ2=5.053,P=0.025)。结论相较于癌旁组织,乳腺癌组织中存在RASSF1A表达缺失的情况,其缺失表达与和淋巴结转移有无、组织学分级、脉管侵犯、HER-2、Ki-67、TMN分期密切相关。
Objective To study the expression of RASSF1A in breast cancer and adjacent tissues,and to investigate the correlation between the expression of RASSF1A and clinical and pathological parameters.Methods Sixty cases of breast cancer and corresponding adjacent tissues were collected.The expression of RASSF1A was detected by immunohistochemical staining.The clinical and pathological parameters of 60 cases were collected and analyzed.Results The positive rate of RASSF1A expression in breast cancer tissues was35%(21/60),and 86.7%(52/60) in the adjacent tissues.The positive rate of RASSF1A expression in adjacent tissues was significantly higher than that in the breast cancer tissues(P < 0.05).The expression of RASSF1A was correlated with lymph node metastasis,histological grade,vascular invasion,HER-2 and Ki-67.The positive rate of RASSF1A expression was 48.4%(15/31) in the stageⅠ,Ⅱand Ⅲ A(T3N1MO),and it was 20.7%(6/29) in patients with stage Ⅲ(except for T3N1MO)(χ2= 5.053,P = 0.025).Conclusions The expression of RASSF1A is absent in the breast cancer tissues compared with the adjacent tissues.It was correlated with lymph node metastasis,histological grade,vascular invasion,HER-2,Ki-67 and TMN stage.
