国企管理者选聘与薪酬市场化探讨

摘要 国企改革一直是我国经济体制改革的重中之重,而国企改革的一个重要方面就是国企管理人员,特别是高级管理人员的选聘问题。从"政企不分"、"政商不分",到广纳天下英才,用市场化机制选人、留人,增强国企管理的科学化,国企改革迈出重要一步。本文从市场化选人途径和与之相关的薪酬市场化两个方面进行探讨。
