Under the view of Internet ＋, building a foreign language teacher’ s learning community is beneficial to establish normal mech-anism of teaching problems, and to form the resource sharing platform. Through this system, it can make the teaching and learning moreconvenient, scientific and standardized so as to realize the foreign language teacher professional construction and development; providethe platform for teachers＇ cultivation of self-improvement in professional quality and ability.
