摘要
在互联网+的视域下,构建外语教师学习共同体有利于建立教学问题的常态探讨机制,形成学习和教学的资源共享,使学习和教学更加便捷、科学和规范,从而实现外语教师专业建设与发展,为培养外语教师职业能力和职业素养搭建平台。
Under the view of Internet +, building a foreign language teacher’ s learning community is beneficial to establish normal mech-anism of teaching problems, and to form the resource sharing platform. Through this system, it can make the teaching and learning moreconvenient, scientific and standardized so as to realize the foreign language teacher professional construction and development; providethe platform for teachers' cultivation of self-improvement in professional quality and ability.
