摘要
奥斯卡·王尔德是英国著名作家和唯美主义运动的代表。《夜莺与玫瑰》作为王尔德的童话代表作,在语言风格和思想内涵上都体现了其"为艺术而艺术"的唯美主义主张,同时展现了其"艺术高于生命"的唯美主义思想与当时物欲横流的社会现实之间的矛盾。本文以文体学的视角从词汇、句法、篇章三个层面对《夜莺与玫瑰》进行解析,以期为该童话的理解提供崭新的视角。
Oscar Wilde isa famous writer, an advocate of aestheticism, as well asa follower of the philosophy of "art for art's sake". Asamasterpiece of his fairy tales, The Nightingale and the Rose, with its poetic language and perfect images, reflects his profound thought onart and aestheticism. After making a stylistic study of The Nightingale and the Rose from three aspects, namely, lexical features, syntacticfeatures and rhetorical devices, the present paper reveals the fairy tale's deep theme and aesthetic value.
