To Serve the Growing of College Graduates through "Three Approach"

高校毕业班学生的思想政治教育一方面关乎着人才培养的质量,一方面也寄托着国家对毕业生服务社会的期望,同时高校毕业班学生的情感、就业等问题带来的思想、心理、行为复杂化,也在一定程度上增加了教育引导的难度,本文从思想政治教育的原则和方法出发,坚持"三贴近",探讨如何具体的做好毕业班学生的思想政治教育工作,服务学生成长成才。

Ideological and political education for seniors in college, on the one hand, is closely related to the quality of talent development;on the other hand, shoulders the country＇s expectations on graduates＇ serving the society. However, the emotion problems and the employ-ment problems faced with college seniors have further complicated their ideological and psychological state as well as their behaviors,which toa certain extent increases the difficulties in offering the senior students＇ appropriate education and guidance. In this case, pro-ceeding from the principles and methods of ideological and political and persisting in principles of closing to reality, life and students, thispaper explores specifically how to carry out ideological and political education for senior students and assist in their growth and develop-ment.
