我国学校爬树课开展现状研究

The Research on the Current Situation of Climbing Course in School in China

学校通过开设爬树课不仅可以满足学生参与极限运动的欲望,还可以在一定程度上增强学生的体育新鲜感,让他们在专业化的爬树练习中积极提升自身的运动素质。美国大约超过一千个学校均开设了爬树课程。如今,厦门大学和苏州第一初级中学也开始开展爬树课。但有以下几点仍值得商榷和注意:与成绩挂钩与否有待商榷;爬树课安全问题不容忽视;爬树课应减少对树木伤害。

Climbing course not only can meet the students＇ desire of participating in extreme sports, but also can enhance student＇s sportsfresh feeling in a certain extent in school, which let them enhance the quality of its own motion actively in the specialization of the climb-ing exercises. There are about one thousand schools offering a climbing course in the United States. Today, Xiamen University and thefirst junior high school in Suzhou have started to develop the climbing class. But the following problem is still worthy of discussion and at-tention： performance linked or not is debatable; the security issues for climbing course can not be ignored; climbing course should reducethe damage to the trees.
