肺部感染患者1例抗感染治疗的用药实践

Practice of anti infection treatment on 1 case with pulmonary infection

目的:探讨临床药师在肺部感染患者救治中的作用。方法:临床药师通过参与1例肺部感染合并胸腔积液患者的会诊与全程治疗,对整个抗感染治疗的过程进行了分析,并提出了优化建议。结果:医师采纳临床药师提出的优化建议,经治疗,患者体温及血象中的炎性指标恢复正常,感染得到有效控制。结论:临床药师积极参与患者的药物治疗实践,可提高药物治疗的安全性和有效性;同时对促进抗菌药物的合理使用具有重要意义。

Objective：To explore the role of clinical pharmacists in the treatment of patients with pulmonary infection.Methods：Clinical pharmacists participate in the whole process of consultation and whole course treatment on 1 patient with pulmonary infection and pleural effusion.We analyzed the whole process of anti infection treatment,and put forward optimization suggestions.Results：The physician adopted the optimization proposal by the clinical pharmacist.The infection was effectively controlled by the treatment,and the patient＇s body temperature and the inflammation index in the hemogram return to normal.Conclusion：Clinical pharmacists can improve the safety and effectiveness of drug therapy by actively participating in the practice of drug therapy,and it has great significance to promote the rational use of antimicrobial agents at the same time.
