头孢米诺的临床应用策略

Clinical strategy on the western medicine cephalosporin Mino

目的:探讨头孢米诺的临床应用策略。方法:收治感染患者160例,随机分为对照组与观察组,各80例。对照组给予左氧氟沙星治疗,观察组给予头孢米诺治疗。结果:观察组总有效率优于对照组(P<0.05)。结论:头孢米诺治疗感染类病症,能够有效提高治疗效果,但是也同时有发生不良反应的可能性。因此在应用此类药物的临床治疗中,应当规避不良反应的发生,从而促进临床合理用药。

Objective：To discuss the clinical application strategy of cephalosporin Mino.Methods：160 infected patients were selected,and they were divided into the control group and the observation group,with 80 cases in each.The control group were treated with levofloxacin,and the observation group were treated with cephalosporin Mino.Results：The total effective rate of the observation group was higher than that of the control group（P0.05）.Conclusion：Cephalosporin Mino in the treatment of infectious diseases can effectively improve the therapeutic effect,but it is also associated with the possibility of complications.Therefore,in the clinical treatment of such drugs,the incidence of complications should be avoided and the rationality of clinical medication should be promoted.
