钴铬合金烤瓷冠和二氧化锆烤瓷冠的修复效果比较

Comparison of the repair effect of cobalt chromium alloy porcelain crown and two zirconia porcelain crown

目的:探讨钴铬合金烤瓷冠及二氧化锆烤瓷冠的修复效果。方法:收治接受烤瓷冠修复治疗患者772例,随机分为钴铬合金组和二氧化锆组。结果:二氧化锆组面部情况、整体美观度、牙体外形及色泽等美容评分均显著高于钴铬合金组(P<0.05)。钴铬合金组不良反应发生率高于二氧化锆组(P<0.05)。结论:二氧化锆烤瓷冠的修复效果明显优于钴铬合金烤瓷冠,且不良反应发生率更低。

Objective：To explore the repair effect of cobalt chromium alloy porcelain crown and two zirconia porcelain crown.Methods：772 patients who were treated with porcelain crown restoration were selected,and they were randomly divided into the cobalt chromium alloy group and two zirconia group.Results：In the two zirconia group,the facial features,the overall beauty,the shape and color of the teeth were significantly higher than those of the cobalt chromium alloy group（P0.05）.The incidence of adverse reactions of the cobalt chromium alloy group was higher than that of the two zirconia group（P0.05）.Conclusion：The repair effect of two zirconia porcelain crown was obviously better than that of cobalt chromium alloy crown,and the incidence of adverse reaction was lower.
