老年良性前列腺增生应用经尿道前列腺电切术治疗的临床分析

Clinical analysis on the treatment of benign prostatic hyperplasia in elderly patients with transurethral resection of prostate

目的:探讨选择经尿道前列腺电切术治疗老年良性前列腺增生的效果。方法:收治老年良性前列腺增生患者100例。对照组选择传统开放手术方法治疗,观察组选择经尿道前列腺电切除术治疗。结果:观察组术中失血量、手术时间、住院时间、并发症发生率均优于对照组(P<0.05)。结论:经尿道前列腺电切除术治疗老年良性前列腺增生,其术中失血量、手术时间以及住院时间显著减少,并发症发生率显著降低。

Objective：To investigate the effect of transurethral resection of the prostate in the treatment of benign prostatic hyperplasia in the elderly.Methods：100 elderly patients with benign prostatic hyperplasia were selected.The control group were treated with traditional open operation,and the observation group were treated by transurethral resection of the prostate.Results：The amount of blood loss,operation time,hospitalization time and incidence of disease in the observation group were lower than those of the control group（P0.05）.Conclusion：Transurethral resection of prostate has significant reduction in blood loss,operative time and hospitalization time in elderly patients with benign prostatic hyperplasia,and the incidence of complications has reduced significantly.
