厄贝沙坦治疗糖尿病高血压的效果分析

Effect of irbesartan in the treatment of diabetic hypertension

目的:探讨厄贝沙坦治疗糖尿病高血压患者的临床效果。方法:收治高血压糖尿病患者86例,分为对照组和研究组。对照组采用左旋氨氯地平治疗,研究组采用厄贝沙坦治疗,比较两组治疗效果。结果:研究组的治疗总有效率和各项临床指标情况均优于对照组(P<0.05)。结论:厄贝沙坦治疗糖尿病高血压患者的临床效果显著。

Objective：To explore the effect of irbesartan in the treatment of diabetic hypertension.Methods：86 patients with diabetic hypertension were selected.They were divided into the control group and the study group.The control group was treated with levamlodipine,and the study group was treated with irbesartan.We compared the therapeutic effect of two groups.Results：The clinical therapeutic total efficiency and various clinical indexes of the study group were superior to those of the control group（P0.05）.Conclusion：The effect of irbesartan in the treatment of diabetic hypertension was significant.
