冠心病合并高血压应用氨氯地平联合卡托普利方案治疗的效果评定

Effect of amlodipine combined with captopril in the treatment of coronary heart disease complicated with hypertension

目的:探讨氨氯地平联合卡托普利治疗冠心病合并高血压的效果。方法:收治冠心病合并高血压患者102例,分为对照组和研究组。对照组采用常规治疗,研究组采用氨氯地平联合卡托普利治疗,比较两组治疗效果。结果:研究组治疗总有效率明显高于对照组(P<0.05)。两组不良反应发生率差异无统计学意义(P>0.05)。结论:氨氯地平联合卡托普利治疗冠心病合并高血压的效果显著,安全性高。

Objective：To explore the effect of amlodipine combined with captopril in the treatment of coronary heart disease complicated with hypertension.Methods：102 patients with coronary heart disease complicated with hypertension were selected.They were divided into the control group and the research group.The control group was treated with conventional treatment,and the study group was treated with amlodipine combined with captopril.We compared the therapeutic effect of two groups.Results：The total effective rate of treatment in the study group was significantly higher than that in the control group（P0.05）.There was no significant difference in the incidence of adverse reactions between groups（P0.05）.Conclusion：The effect of amlodipine combined with captopril in the treatment of coronary heart disease complicated with hypertension was significant,and the security was high.
